Aunt Hailey's Birthday!

Todd's sister Hailey celebrated her birthday with us last week. Laney loves "Happy Days" and thinks that every one is a party for her too. Hailey let Laney help her open her gifts. When she opened her first present from us, Laney said, "Yook Aunt Hailey, we got you a box!" I think that she was genuinely excited about what she thought was just a box.

Laney and I made Hailey some of my dad's homemade peanut butter cups. They are crazy good. Laney insisted that Hailey share some right away!

Which earned her some kisses!Time to blow out some candles.

This picture cracks me up! It looks kind of like Miles is making faces at Sam in a "nanny nanny boo boo" type manner. And Sam has his fist balled up in response to Miles's teasing. Of course that is not what is happening. Miles can't be held responsible for that tongue of his. And Sam would never hit his big brother, of course!
